The Mango Voice Switchboard is a visual dial plan editor that is incredibly easy to use. It allows you to determine how any extension on your system will handle an incoming call. The dial plan editor uses "drag & drop" functionality so you can easily move any of the call features around and change how a particular extension will handle an incoming call. When you have the dial plan for that extension looking how you want it to, just click save and the changes will take effect immediately. That's it! No expensive technicians needed.
